A better you
The part nothing else does
An activity completes the timebox that planned it. The timebox feeds the week. The week feeds the goal.
Your planner doesn’t know what you ate. Your food tracker doesn’t know what you meant to do today. Your journal knows neither. Four separate apps, four separate stories, and no single place where they meet and check each other. That join is the whole reason Axis exists.
Six parts, one loop
Plan
Timebox the day. Recurring templates for the weeks that repeat, and an alert when a block actually starts.
Work
Three priorities that matter today, with tasks and projects underneath them and a role tag on each.
Health
Calories and protein against saved meals, activity across six types, and a weigh-in. Not a food database.
Reflect
A morning intention and an evening read of how it went. The journal is encrypted on your device before it leaves.
Week
Where the hours actually went, against where you said they would. Then next week’s focus.
Goals
Ninety, a hundred and eighty, three hundred and sixty days — each one checked in on, not just written down.
What Axis is not
It is not a training app, not a food database, not a GPS tracker and not a team tool. It does not score you, rank you against anyone, or sell what it learns. If you want depth in any one of those, keep the app you already use for it — Axis is the layer that makes the four of them add up.
About the opt-in check-in
You can choose to have Axis ask whether you’re okay, and to let one person you nominate know if you don’t answer. It is off unless you turn it on, and that person has to agree first. It is not an emergency service. It does not contact emergency responders, does not monitor your health, does not track your location, and delivery of a message is never guaranteed.
It isn’t finished. That’s why the list exists.
Axis is being built now, by one person. There is no launch date to promise you and no trial to sign up for yet. Leave an address and you’ll hear when there’s a real build to try — and if you reply to that email, a human reads it.
